General Returns

You can return a product in the following way: request the return through the contact form on our website or through the email info@docobo.es and a carrier will pick up the item at the address you indicate, always located at The same country in which you placed your order. The transport company will contact you.

The shipping costs of the return must be paid by the customer. The products must be in perfect condition and with proof of purchase. Remember that the invoice can be obtained and printed in the “My account” section of our online store.

All products must be returned in their original condition

Please note that we can not process any product that has been returned without our knowledge. If you want to return any or all parts of the product, you have to contact our store.

Wrong Products: For wrong products (the product sent is not the purchased one), once confirmed, we will be in charge of the change of the item and the expenses of the return.

Refund for Replacement and Refund

We are available for replacement or refund in case of product quality problems within 20 days of receipt of the product. The customer needs to return the product and we offer the replacement or refund after confirming that the product is in the original shipping conditions.

No Question of Quality

Returned products must be with original packaging. If any part of the product, or the product itself, is lost in the process of the return, we will deduct the expenses of the lost part of the refund.

Canceled Orders (Before being sent)

If an order is canceled before being sent, the customer will not assume any expense.
